Jess Cohen founded Schoolwide, Inc. in 1993 and has served as its President and Chief Operating Officer for 16 years. Under Jess's leadership Schoolwide has grown from a diminutive book distributor operating out of a home basement into a leading provider of educational products and services to schools, school districts, and teachers.

Russ Cohen
Executive Vice President
Educational Partnerships and Sales
Russ Cohen is the Executive Vice President of Schoolwide, Inc. He graduated from the University of New Haven (Class of '95) with a degree in Business Administration. In 1996, Russ became the first Cohen to join the family business. He has been involved in every aspect of its operation since inception. Currently, Russ is the liaison for all of Schoolwide's Educational Partnerships.

Jennifer McCabe

Operations
Jennifer McCabe (formerly Jennifer Cohen) is the Executive Vice President of Operations. Having graduated with honors in 3 years from the University of Pennsylvania (Class of '96), she joined the family business in 1997 as a customer service representative and is now responsible for overseeing all operational functions including Purchasing, Data Entry, Customer Service, and Distribution.

Ladi A. Davies

Educational Solutions Division
Ladi is Vice President of the Educational Solutions Division at Schoolwide Inc. Ladi is responsible for all facets of product strategy and development within the division. He has been at the company for over 5 years and has been instrumental in the development and success of Schoolwide's Fundamentals Units of Study.

Stephanie Klempner

Innovative School Programs
Stephanie Klempner is Vice President - of Schoolwide's Innovative School Programs. Stephanie joined Schoolwide in 2003 as a new product development manager. She is now responsible for leading and managing several business lines for
the company, including Teacherwide.com, Discount Book Fairs, and Schoolwide's flagship product - the Student-Run Bookstore program.

Raymond G. Woznick
Controller
Raymond G. Woznick has served as the Controller of Schoolwide, Inc. since November 2004. Before joining Schoolwide Ray has served as a Controller for 7 years for private companies on Long Island. He held a series of accounting positions with major companies such as Estee Lauder, AMF, and Reuters. His responsibilities included working in international accounting and consolidations.
