ADMINISTRATOR CONSORTIUMS
OVERVIEW
Schoolwide, Inc. is pleased to launch regional Administrator
Consortiums, quarterly gatherings of district and school
administrators that focus on the role school leaders play in
raising student achievement and engagement.

Through keynote speakers and panel discussions, the Consortiums
will bring together educational professionals and literacy experts
to discuss current topics and themes, collaborate and share
experiences, reflect on existing practices, and contemplate
potential improvements and transformations.
Sessions will focus on such topics as:
  • Creating a Building Vision Statement for Literacy;
  • Sustaining New Literacy Initiatives;
  • Communicating and Collaborating With Families (Engaging Parents Through Workshops, Informal Discussions, and an Informative Website);
  • Understanding the Principles of Effective Literacy Instruction;
  • Data-Driven Decision Making; and
  • Maintaining a Culture for Professional Learning and Growth.
