HOW DOES FUNDAMENTALS UNLIMITED SUPPORT GUIDED AND INDEPENDENT READING?
Guided Reading Plans: Teachers can access model plans for guided reading instruction by reading level (A–Q) and/or by genre (fiction or nonfiction).

Benchmark Assessments: Also available are text-specific running records, continuums, and rubrics, all designed to inform teachers' instructional decisions, including placing students in guided reading groups.

Personalized Independent Reading Classroom Libraries: Teachers can assign "just–right" short texts to their students to support independent reading.

Assigning Work: Teachers and specialists can assign specific texts, activities, and assessments to small groups of students or to individual students.

Progress Monitoring: Teachers can monitor completion of assignments as well as performance on assessments, quizzes, or tasks.
